Can you tell me about the materials?
The primary materials used are K18 gold and Pt900 platinum, ensuring safety for those concerned about allergies.
If you have severe metal allergies, we recommend undergoing an allergy test beforehand. In case of any allergic reaction, stop wearing the jewelry immediately and consult a dermatologist.
Our jewelry is designed to withstand everyday use; however, activities like housework, sports, or carrying heavy objects may cause deformation or damage if excessive force is applied.
For safety, we recommend removing your jewelry during tasks that involve strong forces.

Can you tell me about the available processing options?
We offer Matte Finish and Hairline Finish.
A Matte Finish adds a textured effect to a mirror-finished (shiny) ring.
A Hairline Finish adds thin, shallow vertical scratches to a mirror-finished ring.
How do I care for processed finishes?
Processed finishes involve adding special scratches to mirror-finished (shiny) rings. Over time and with daily wear, friction and impact will gradually smooth out the texture, restoring the shine within a few months (the surface will return to its original mirror finish). The changing appearance is part of the charm of these finishes. Please understand this characteristic as part of the processing.
As part of our warranty, we offer one free reprocessing for rings with an initial finish. If you would like this service, please contact us.
Everyday activities such as cosmetics, hand cream, sweat, and natural skin oils may cause dullness or stains.
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth or a special jewelry cloth.
Liquid polishes specifically made for gold and platinum jewelry are also recommended (please avoid using these on gemstone-set jewelry).
During the warranty period, we offer free cleaning. If you would like this service, please contact us.

- Stone Resetting: ¥5,500~
You may choose between our original Paulownia wooden box or a White Box. The Paulownia box is wrapped in pure silk chirimen fabric.
* The White Box does not include chirimen fabric.
How do I care for Chirimen fabric?
Our Chirimen is made from 100% silk, known for its elegant luster. It can be used for wrapping small items or as a small handbag when tied.
Avoid washing, as it will shrink if exposed to water. If it gets dirty, please have it dry-cleaned.
When ironing, use medium-low heat with a cloth placed over it. Avoid using steam as it is sensitive to water.
Stains and sweat should be removed promptly to prevent discoloration or yellowing. Store it in a clean condition.
When not in use, keep it away from moisture and direct sunlight. Adding a moth repellent or desiccant to its storage can help maintain its quality. To prevent creasing, store with cardboard or a sturdy base.
Can I register as a member without making a purchase?**

Can I use the service without registering as a member?**
Although we recommend membership registration (free of charge) for better service, it is also possible to use the service without registering. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle personal information.
What payment methods are available?**
For online purchases, you can pay using credit cards, bank transfers (virtual accounts), or Amazon Pay.
For in-store purchases, payments can be made with cash or credit cards.
Can I change the payment method after purchase?**
As a general rule, we do not accept changes to the payment method after the purchase is completed. Thank you for your understanding.
How much is the shipping cost?**
For domestic shipping within Japan, we offer free shipping regardless of the delivery area.
For international deliveries, the shipping cost varies depending on the destination country.
What is the shipping method?**
For deliveries within Japan, we use Yamato Transport for shipping. If you have any specific delivery date requests, please let us know via email. Please note that we may not always be able to fulfill your request.
If you are not available during the delivery, the courier will leave a missed delivery notice. Please contact the courier to arrange a convenient delivery time.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?**
If you have entered the wrong address at the time of purchase,
